We are a fast-growing beauty brand looking for a skilled video editor to help us create high-converting short-form creatives for paid ads. We have a large library of raw video content (UGC, product shots, testimonials, etc.) and we need someone who understands performance editing — not just aesthetics. We run a lot of creative testing and reward results. If a video you create becomes a top-performing winning creative, bonus and commission pay is available. We love rewarding editors who help us scale. What You’ll Be Doing - Edit short-form videos (10–45 seconds) for Facebook & Instagram ads - Add captions, overlays, hooks, CTAs, and product callouts - Select the best clips from large content folders - Follow brand guidelines, style, and messaging - Deliver content FAST and consistently What We’re Looking For - Proven experience editing direct-response ad creatives - Familiar with UGC style editing (TikTok, Reels, FB feed ads) - Ability to add strong hooks in first 1–2 seconds - Knows how to optimize for scroll-stop, retention, and conversion - Understands pacing, using the right clips, cutting, etc. - Reliable communication and quick turnaround Tools / Skills (not all required) - CapCut / Adobe Premiere / Final Cut - Experience with beauty, skincare, or DTC brands is a plus - Basic understanding of Meta ad best practices (big plus) Deliverables - Up to 15 edited ad creatives per week (to start) - Multiple versions of hooks, text overlays, and structure - Source + export files delivered Must Have - Attention to detail - Ability to take direction & apply feedback - Fast response time Start your application with “CREATIVE” so I know you read this
