Scope of Work: Redesign the current Shopify website with a fresh, professional, and responsive design. Rebuild the website using WordPress + WooCommerce. Set up product pages, categories, and collections. Implement smooth navigation, fast loading speed, and mobile optimization. Integrate payment gateways and shipping gateways (e.g., Australia Post, FedEx, DHL, or others as required). Set up plugins for SEO, security, and performance optimization. Migrate existing products, customers, and order history (if required). Provide basic training or documentation for managing the new site. Requirements: Proven experience in WordPress/WooCommerce website development. Strong understanding of Shopify to WooCommerce migration.
