I keep getting "no eligible services" error on Shopify when trying to print shipping labels for my orders. This is after I have set up the dimensions already and they fall within the Sendle and Australia Post dimensions. If I book the delivery directly with Australia Post or Sendle outside of Shopify there is no issue but for some reason, despite trying so many different package size/ dimensions etc I can't get the options to show up in Shopify.
