We receive a steady flow of daily customer inquiries and pride ourselves on providing quick, thoughtful, and professional support. We’re looking for an experienced virtual assistant with strong customer service skills and hands-on experience in eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Gorgias). You’ll follow our established SOPs to handle customer emails, process returns/exchanges, and ensure every customer has a smooth experience.
