About Us: We support a network of premium fine jewellery retailers across Australia and New Zealand. Our mission is to help these independent businesses thrive by delivering high-performing, beautifully designed, and customer-focused ecommerce experiences. We are seeking an experienced Shopify Expert to become a long-term partner in designing, developing, optimising, and supporting our retailers’ online stores. What You’ll Do: • End-to-end Shopify store setup and launch in collaboration with our in-house marketing team • Custom theme development (building from an existing base theme) • Duplicating and customising templates across multiple retail stores • Migrating sites from other platforms (e.g., WordPress/WooCommerce → Shopify) • Performance optimisation, upgrades, and enhancements to existing sites • Advanced front-end and back-end configuration • Integrating and configuring apps (e.g., AI Boost App, Calendly, and other third-party apps) • Providing training and Shopify SOP guidance to our in-house marketing team • Delivering reliable maintenance, troubleshooting, and warranty of work What We’re Looking For: • Proven experience building and optimising Shopify stores (with portfolio/examples) • Strong front-end and back-end Shopify development skills • Clear, consistent communication skills (must be available for phone calls when required) • Ability to meet agreed timelines and deliver quality work • A proactive problem-solver with attention to detail • Experience with jewellery, fashion, or luxury ecommerce (preferred but not essential) • English speaking essential Why Work With Us: • Ongoing partnership opportunity – consistent projects across multiple brands • Work closely with a passionate, creative marketing team • Be part of shaping the future of independent fine jewellery retail online If you’re an experienced Shopify developer who values long-term partnerships and delivering outstanding ecommerce experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
