Job Overview:
At Domino’s, Shift Runner (Retail Supervisor) is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and running of our stores, delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, Assisting Store manager to create business strategies to attract new customers, preparing detailed sales reports and monitoring inventory levels on new stock and report to store manager.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Undertake the in-house sales responsibilities under the guidance of the Store Manager.
- Assist store manager in recruiting, training and monitoring staff’s performance.
- Ensure enough staff are rostered for shifts.
- Ensure Customers are receiving good service.
- Deal with customer complaints and resolve them efficiently.
- Ensure products are displayed properly and prices are tagged correctly.
- Ensure expired stock is disposed of and replaced with new stock.
- Ensure that health regulations standards are maintained, including cleanliness of premises.
- Reconcile cash at the end of each day.
- Monitor GPS system management of delivery vehicles.
- Undertake regular training with franchisor for upgraded/new products and then onward train new/existing staff.
- Undertake all other duties as instructed by the Store Manager.
Requirement:
Hold AQF Cert III Equivalent or Higher
At least 1 year of Experience in similar role
Salary: $60,000-$70,000
