McDonalds Port Augusta and McDonalds Port Pirie are looking for an experienced Shift Manager/Department Manager.

The position of Shift Manager/Department Manager is a Level 2 employee under the Fast Food Industry Award.

Australian work rights are required for this position.

Minimum age requirement is 18+ years for this management position.

Responsible for delivering outstanding QSC, sales, people practices and profit on each shift;
Supervise employees to ensure that restaurant operations and procedures are adhered to;
Minimum 1-2 years supervisory/management experience is required.
Engage with crew and fellow managers to deliver great business outcomes by bringing the Macca's Experience to life on each and every shift;
Ensure every customer has a memorable McDonald's experience. I comply with restaurant safety and security standards which includes investigating all incidents and taking corrective actions to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and customers;
Escalate safety and security matters to the Restaurant Manager where necessary;
In addition to supervising employees, responsible for running a primary system which is critical for the day to day operations of a 24/7 business.
24/7 shift availability is required for this role.

Annual Salary: $76,515 - $80,000
