Overview: Our current email hosting with Crucial is down and unreliable. We need an experienced contractor to quickly set up a new business email solution for just 3 email accounts and migrate us over smoothly. Requirements: Recommend and set up a new provider (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or another reliable option). Configure DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) for proper deliverability. Create and configure 3 business email addresses. (If possible) migrate any old emails from Crucial. Test and confirm email sending/receiving on desktop and mobile. Provide brief documentation for ongoing management. Skills Needed: Email hosting setup and migration experience. DNS management knowledge. Familiar with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or equivalent. Deliverables: 3 working business email accounts on a new provider. Updated DNS records for the domain. Access instructions for staff.
