Our Equipment Service Technicians are working in Dental practices across the region installing, repairing and maintaining medical equipment and providing expert advice and service to our clients. You’ll be part of an experienced team working alongside a dedicated team of Sales Specialists in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities of the role: As a Henry Schein Service Technician you will become an expert on our vast product range of small and large dental equipment. You will troubleshoot and solve difficult customer queries and issues and provide exceptional customer service experience to ensure we uphold our reputation and gold standard in the industry. This role will spend most of the time in field, and there will also be time spent in our workshop servicing the autoclave equipment which could be on a weekly basis. You will have the following skills and experience: Experience as a Service Technician in the medical, technology and/or heating, ventilation, or air conditioning industries Ideally some experience working with / understanding of autoclaves Electronic / Electrical background / qualified Ability to qualify for a restricted Electrical license; we will support you. Sound troubleshooting / maintenance experience Valid / Current Driver’s License Unrestricted working rights Happy to work in role that can be physically demanding. What's on offer?
