  • What You Will Be Doing
  • As Service Manager, you will lead a team of Case Officers focused on the quick and reliable retrieval of medical information for our customers and their clients.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

  • providing for a positive and engaging experience for your team through collaboration, learning and development opportunities, career progression, reward and recognition.
  • monitor reporting, and manage day to day operational performance, ensuring compliance with systems and processes designed to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • managing and nurturing relationships with external stakeholders, particularly GP practices, Health practitioners and hospitals, ensuring strong partnerships and continuous improvement.
  • meet with key customers to manage feedback, escalations, and service improvements.
  • a strong commitment to continuous innovation in how we deliver our goals and partner with our customers.
  • build sustainable relationships with key internal and external stakeholder’s including customer, advisor, and medical provider groups.

  • Qualifications
  • What You Should Have
  • Proven experience working within a GP practice, medical clinic, or hospital setting.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, particularly with healthcare providers.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and managing people in a results-driven environment.
  • Strong skills in systems and process improvement, negotiation and influencing.
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Solid IT skills, with the ability to quickly learn new systems (advanced Excel skills an advantage).
