Are you a highly organised individual with exceptional communication skills looking for a key role in the heavy vehicle service industry? We are seeking a Service Advisor to be the crucial link between customers and the workshop team!
The Role
As a Service Advisor, you will be based on-site in Regency Park, acting as the primary liaison between customers and the workshop.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Communicating with customers to determine their vehicle issues, repair timelines, and relaying accurate information about their concerns.
- Managing the quotation and invoicing process, which involves checking customer credit limits and ensuring guarantees of payment.
- Handling external and internal communications, such as updating the customer on job progress, explaining invoice contents, and conducting vehicle handover upon work completion.
- Creating repair orders, adding job lines, and allocating work to the workshop while considering capacity and workload planning.
- Working continually with the workshop and parts teams to effectively manage repair orders.
Experience:
- Experience in a Customer Service role.
- Transport industry knowledge would be an advantage.
- Intermediate computer skills, including experience with MS Office Packages.

- The ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues across different departments.
