We service clients in Australia and the US with most of us based in our Sydney office and
some key team members working remotely around the world. We are currently operating
on a hybrid model with Tuesdays and Thursdays in the office.

About the Role
We are looking for a keen, self-motivated SEO Director to join our high-performing team. Working on well-known Australian and global brands, you will be responsible for handling complex briefs and delivering solutions to highly technical SEO problems.
You will be accountable for:
Leading relationships with clients through client onboardings, escalations, and day-to-day work.
Providing excellent customer experience while driving revenue and expanding key client accounts.
Understanding client challenges and expectations to produce tailored SEO strategies.
Overseeing the delivery of client briefs and managing project deliverables, ensuring that campaigns, projects, and assets are delivered on time, on budget, on scope, and on target.
Supporting the existing delivery teams in the day-to-day management of campaigns and clients, with a focus on mentoring and skill development.
Proactively staying ahead of industry trends and sharing knowledge with the team.
About You
You’re the best SEO professional in your network and you’ve proven your knowledge with a portfolio of clients, both large and small, including enterprise-level accounts. You work smart, know how to manage people and projects, and can offer solutions to almost any challenge. Throughout your career, your clients have often become long-term partners, and keeping stakeholders happy is second nature for you.
You must have:
8+ years of proven Organic Search experience.
Experience leading a team and developing it, nurturing an existing culture and supporting your team members.
Excellent account management skills, including key stakeholder management, agile project management, and strong presentation and communication abilities. You’re a people person and a team player.
High-level SEO expertise: able to converse with implementation teams (dev, infrastructure, analytics) as well as key stakeholders with limited SEO knowledge (CEOs, CMOs, CTOs, VPs, etc.).
Ability to develop and optimise processes and workflows to increase efficiency across the team and client satisfaction.
