About Us: We are a rapidly growing B2B SaaS company specialising in feedback management, customer experience (CX), and voice of customer (VoC) management. Our platform helps businesses collect, analyse, and act on customer feedback to drive product innovation and improve customer relationships. The Challenge: We have a strong product, but our organic search presence is not where it needs to be to support our ambitious growth goals. We are looking to significantly increase qualified organic traffic, improve our brand authority, and generate high-quality demo requests through search. Our current efforts have a solid foundation, but we need a strategic, expert partner to take us to the next level. What We’re Looking For: We are seeking a highly experienced SEO agency or a specialised team with a proven track record in the B2B SaaS space. You must have a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within our industry, including: The long and complex B2B sales cycle. Targeting multiple decision-makers (e.g., product managers, CX leaders, marketing VPs). Content strategies that address both top-of-funnel (TOFU) awareness and bottom-of-funnel (BOFU) conversion intent. The importance of building trust and credibility with a professional audience. Key Deliverables & Responsibilities: Comprehensive SEO Audit: A full audit of our website, including technical SEO, on-page optimisation, and backlink profile analysis. Keyword Strategy & Mapping: Development of a full-funnel keyword strategy that targets key personas and their pain points related to feedback, CX, and VoC. This should go beyond generic keywords to include long-tail, comparison, and "jobs-to-be-done" queries. Content Strategy & Execution: A detailed content plan, including topic clusters and pillar pages, that establishes us as a thought leader. You will be responsible for creating or overseeing the creation of high-quality, long-form content (blog posts, guides, case studies, etc.). Technical SEO: Proactive management of technical SEO issues, including site speed, mobile-friendliness, schema markup, and site structure to ensure our platform is easily crawled and indexed. Link Building & Digital PR: A robust strategy to acquire high-quality, relevant backlinks from authoritative sites in the SaaS, CX, and B2B tech spaces. Performance Reporting: Regular, data-driven reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as organic traffic growth, keyword rankings, qualified leads, and organic conversions. We are looking for an agency that connects SEO efforts directly to business outcomes.
