The Role: Lead transformative marketing strategies for our Orthopaedic Instruments product group (power tools). In this role, you’ll influence product launches, customer engagement, and market growth—making a real impact on improving patient outcomes worldwide. What You Will Do Define and execute product, program, and portfolio strategies to achieve business objectives. Develop and maintain industry networks to monitor competitor activity and market trends. Author and align key strategic documents, including annual marketing plans and product launch plans. Anticipate emerging customer segments and tailor marketing strategies to meet evolving needs. Initiate and lead new product and service offerings based on customer insights and market analysis. Manage marketing budgets, analyze variances, and deliver accurate financial reporting. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and outcomes. Build relationships with industry thought leaders and translate insights into actionable business strategies. What You Will Need Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Minimum 10 years of professional experience in marketing, strategy, or related roles. Preferred Qualifications MBA or equivalent advanced degree. Minimum 7 years of experience in medical device or healthcare marketing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
