• About the role
• As Sr. Test Analyst, you will support the development of effective testing strategies, track and report the status of identified errors as they progress through the fix and retest cycle and strive to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of testing processes using appropriate tools and technologies. You will provide functional domain expertise to the analysis, design, development, implementation, administration, maintenance and support of information systems and services to meet the current and future needs of the RACQ Group.
• Contribute to the analysis of business requirements, solutions and implementation decisions
• Provide estimates for manual test preparation and execution during the delivery phase.
• Assist Technology Delivery team in design and build activities.
• Provide quality assurance of execution of required testing encompassing functional, system, integration and regression, variations.
• Raise, report and track resolution to any defects found during testing and escalate in accordance with set procedures.
• Prepare and execute manual test cases according to desired manual test coverage and business value and risk prioritisation.
• This is a permanent full-time position.
• About you
• Significant exposure to and understanding of the software testing processes, tools and methodologies.
• Experience in Agile delivery methodology.
• Highly developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage conflict situations, as well as managing and maintaining productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Well-developed problem-solving, reporting, analytical and communication skills.
• Requirement to work occasional outside of standard business hours.
