- About the role
- As Sr. Test Analyst, you will support the development of effective testing strategies, track and report the status of identified errors as they progress through the fix and retest cycle and strive to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of testing processes using appropriate tools and technologies. You will provide functional domain expertise to the analysis, design, development, implementation, administration, maintenance and support of information systems and services to meet the current and future needs of the RACQ Group.
- Contribute to the analysis of business requirements, solutions and implementation decisions.
- Conduct thorough manual testing to ensure data is properly sanitised, masked, or permanently deleted from all relevant databases and user interfaces.
- Prepare and execute manual test cases according to desired manual test coverage and business value and risk prioritisation.
- Create comprehensive test reports that provide clear evidence of data removal and compliance with project goals.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes to enhance the security and reliability of our data handling.
- This is a 21-month fixed term part time position.
- About you
- Significant exposure to and understanding of the software testing processes, tools and methodologies.
- Working knowledge of SQL, data migration and data cleansing.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage conflict situations, as well as managing and maintaining productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Well-developed problem-solving, reporting, analytical and communication skills.
- Requirement to work occasional outside of standard business hours.
