Role: Senior Technology Architect

Job Title: Consultant

Short Description: Work on a variety of critical client engagements with some of Infosys largest and most successful clients in Australia.

6+ years of experience in SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) and Overall 10+ years in SAP.

Annual Salary: $160,000 to $170,000 AUD

Working hours: not less than 30 hours.

Years of EXP: 10+ years

Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide L2 and L3 support to
Triage customer incidents and service requests
Perform analysis and provide resolution to user including configuration, data updates, work arounds
Perform problem management for recurring incidents
Identify improvement ideas
Follow ITIL processes to provide support to the business as per agreed by SLAs
Deliver enhancements
Provide thought leadership to provide best practices and solutions for business requirements
Analyzing business requirements
Estimate and size the enhancements
Providing conceptual and detailed design to meet business needs
Performing necessary SAP configurations
Creating specifications for development of custom programs,
Testing the developed solution
Coordinate with other teams to support the deployment
Mentor and manage teams
Mentor team members to deliver the scope of work
Coordinate with teams across multiple geographies to ensure efficient delivery

Skill/Competency Requirements:

Essential – SAP MM

Preferred – SAP EWM
