Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end project execution across banking business functions (e.g., cards, lending, risk, compliance)
• Define project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables
• Design and implement test strategies, test plans, and test schedules
• Oversee test case design, execution, defect management, and UAT coordination
• Act as a liaison between business, technology, and QA teams to ensure seamless delivery
• Monitor project risks and issues; drive resolution and escalation as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in Project and Test Management roles, preferably in banking or financial services
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and banking workflows (retail, cards, lending, AML, etc.)
• Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, HP ALM, or similar
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

Salary - 80-110K/ year
