Randstad have partnered with an award winning Commercial Builder, who have been constructing commercial builds up to $100m.
This builder has recently priortised the Northern Victoria, with a number of commercial projects kicking off in the next 6 months.

Role:

In this role, you will be the key leader on-site, responsible for managing the project from start to finish. This includes leading the site team, ensuring strict health and safety standards, and keeping the project on schedule and within budget. You’ll be the main point of contact for clients and subcontractors, ensuring a high level of quality throughout the entire build.

Current Project: Health Community Centre Shepparton - $10m


Skills & Experience Required:

• Trade background
• Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial and/or government projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methodology, safety, and compliance.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, programs, and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• A track record of delivering projects up to $30M successfully.
