We have offices across Australia with vacancies available in:
• Perth
• Sydney
• Brisbane
• Adelaide
• Melbourne

Responsibilities include:
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
• Onboarding of all new hires
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Provide strategic recruitment advice and solutions.
• Identify top talent through job boards, networking, social media, and referrals.
• Guide and support junior consultants and recruitment coordinators
• Stay up to date with labour market trends

What You’ll Bring:

?? Proven experience as a Senior or Principle Recruitment Consultant
?? Strong account management and lead generation skills
?? A background in 360 Recruitment within an agency setting
?? A track record of exceeding targets and delivering results
?? Outstanding candidate and client relationship skills
?? A positive, energetic, and resilient approach
?? A team-first attitude with a drive for success
