We offer integrated value-based logistics solutions that bring greater operating efficiency and savings to our customers’ supply chains. Senior Order to Cash Associate – Wacol, QLD. The Opportunity Due to significant growth in the Government & Defence division at Toll group, we are seeking a Senior Order to Cash Associate to join our global logistics shared services function. This is a permanent full-time position. As the Senior Order to Case Associate, you will be: Responsible for completing the reconciliation, dispute and collections processes for Healthcare Portfolio within Government and Defence. A Senior Credit Officer within Shared Services, required to support Team Lead and Accounts Receivable Manager, assist with training as well as encourage and facilitate the ongoing drive for excellence in performance and delivery of quality customer service. Leading with onboarding, in conjunction with Master Data Team, of healthcare customers via receipt of completed forms and phone communication for confirmation of details. Providing high level of assistance to Healthcare customers via phone. Supporting and assist Junior Accounts Receivable Officer as required. Responsible for the integrity and timely completion of all data reconciliation tasks as applicable to the portfolio. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Knowledge of accounting principles including payment allocation. Excellent finance system skills including Microsoft Office. SAP or ERP Experience. Exposure to Government and Health processes preferred but not essential.
