Adelaide Paediatrics is a caring, multidisciplinary team committed to supporting children with medical and developmental needs. We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality, evidence-based care at our Morphett Vale clinic with opportunities to also work in schools and home settings where appropriate.

What you’ll do:
• Assess, plan, and deliver therapy programs for children.
• Complete assessments, progress reports, and NDIS/Medicare documentation.
• Provide referrals and collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals.
• Deliver both individual therapy and group-based programs.
• Mentor junior OTs, students, and Allied Health Assistants.
• Actively contribute to team development, supervision, and CPD activities.

Qualifications:
• Recognised degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current AHPRA registration.
• Eligible for Medicare Provider numbers.
• DHS Working with Children Check and relevant criminal history clearances.
• RRHAN-EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse & Neglect) training.
• Completion of Safer Environments for Children and Young People training.
• Up-to-date First Aid certification (desirable).

Experience:
• Minimum 3 years’ paediatric OT experience.
• Strong knowledge of NDIS and Medicare processes.
• Experience working with children with a variety of conditions (e.g., Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, Global Developmental Delay).
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary team environment.

• Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, adaptable, and client-focused approach.
• Strong report-writing and clinical documentation skills.
• Ability to supervise and mentor colleagues and students.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365; experience with Genie software advantageous.
