Your role…
As a Senior Research Analyst (Account or Group Account Director level), you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality quantitative and qualitative research that drives meaningful consumer insight. You will lead projects end-to-end, from taking client briefs and leading or co-leading proposal development through to overseeing data collection, advanced analysis, and insight generation.
Your focus will be on analysing consumer behaviour, patterns, and trends, using a range of qualitative or quantitative analytical techniques to produce clear, actionable insights. You will design and deliver high-impact reports and presentations, confidently sharing findings with senior stakeholders and facilitating client workshops.

This role involves regular client engagement and relationship management, along with full project ownership, including timelines, budgets, and resourcing. You will also liaise with third-party suppliers and work closely with internal research, data, and analytics teams to ensure excellence in delivery.

You will bring leadership, curiosity, and commercial thinking to a varied and fast-paced role, with opportunities to shape approaches, mentor others, and continue learning across a broad range of methodologies and tools.

To be right for this role, you need:
• 5+ years of relevant experience in market research, strategy, insights or data analysis/science
• Proven experience in both quantitative and qualitative methods is desirable, although if you are a qual or quant specialist this role is still for you.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning and communication skills
• Building autonomy across a number of research areas – e.g. proposal writing, project management qualitative research,
quantitative research, advanced analyses, strategic reporting, presentation/workshop facilitation, overall management
and coordination of internal teams
• Ability to juggle multiple projects, multiple teams, and thrive in a buzzing, fast-paced environment
• A positive energy and self-drive to learn and make a difference in the work you do
• Strong experience working directly with senior-level clients and decision-makers
• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher – from a Commerce, Social Science, Business, Marketing, Economics, Applied Statistics,
Analytics / Data Science or a related discipline
