- About the Role
- As the Senior Manager of the Dasher & Logistics team, you’ll tackle complex strategic and operational challenges that directly impact how Aussies and Kiwis receive their everyday essentials. You will play a critical role in shaping and executing strategy for the Dasher and Logistics experience in Australia and New Zealand. You’ll be responsible for setting direction and implementing initiatives that expand coverage, improve delivery reliability, reduce costs, and enhance the experience for Dashers and consumers alike. You will report into the Senior Director, Dasher & Logistics. This role is hybrid with 3 days a week in-office and 2 days remote.

- Lead strategy and execution of key elements of DoorDash’s Dasher and Logistics strategy.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to deliver impact at scale.
- Build and manage reporting on quality, operational efficiency and reliability, surfacing insights to highlight performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Partner with local and global stakeholders across operations, product, sales, and finance to deliver logistics and reliability outcomes in Australia and New Zealand.
- Perform data-driven analysis to answer strategic questions, make recommendations, and present findings to senior leadership.
- Lead rollouts of global processes, products, and programs in Australia and New Zealand.
- Translate complex, ambiguous problems into structured, actionable solutions that deliver measurable improvements across the business.

- You have 8+ years leadership experience managing and developing a team in a fast-paced environment.
- You bring a background in one or more of the following: strategy consulting, finance, investment banking, high-growth startups, marketplace operations, or other analytically demanding fields.
- You have strong analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (SQL is a plus).
- You can structure and solve complex, ambiguous problems using data-driven insights.
- You excel at distilling technical or complex analyses into clear, compelling insights for senior stakeholders.
- You have demonstrated success in owning projects end-to-end, with excellent prioritisation and project management skills.
- You are a strong communicator with stakeholder management skills, and can influence across local and global teams.
