Our Perth based International Tax and Transfer Pricing team is growing and we are looking for a Manager through to Senior Manager to join our journey and be part of a collaborative and people-focused culture that will value your expertise and will invest in your future. This is a dynamic opportunity to work across a diverse range of industries, providing strategic international tax and transfer pricing advice. The role will require a high level of technical expertise, an ability to work independently, and a drive to go-to market and present the value proposition of RSM far and wide! What sets RSM apart? What you'll do: Build new client relationships, and strengthen existing RSM relationships, by being a trusted client advisor Mange engagements from end-to-end, scoping through to delivery Design, develop and execute on transfer pricing analyses, modelling, and transfer pricing documentation Prepare and manage Country-by-Country Reporting obligations in Australia, and globally for Australian outbound organisations Have a working knowledge of BEPS Pillar 2 and the implications on Australian multinational enterprises to design advice for clients About you: Be well versed in Alteryx design and development, with a desire to upskill in this area, to further enhance RSM’s industry leading Transfer Pricing tools 5-8 years' experience in international tax / transfer pricing Law, Commerce, or Finance degree with an Accounting major CA qualification (or equivalent) Strong communication skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively Capability to lead meetings with clients, taxpayers, and general stakeholders alike Life at RSM: RSM provides a great environment to build skills and confidence and we help our people achieve their best.
