JBS is looking for an experienced Senior Test Analyst contractor to join the JBS Business Application Team. The Sr. Test Analyst will collaborate with the development, integration and operations teams to understand the solution and perform independent testing.

Responsibilities of this position include (but are not limited to):
• Providing detailed estimates for test effort
• Developing Test cases and establishing test suites in Azure DevOps
• Interpret requirements/design to formulate the appropriate test scenarios
• Executing tests and reporting testing progress using the JBS standards and tools
• Supporting implementation planning and Post Verification Testing
• Ongoing management of test environments and infrastructure that facilitate productive and reliable test execution
• Championing a JBS testing process best practice
• Collaborating to establish test process improvement

Your background
To be successful in this role you will have
• 8+ years’ experience as a Senior Test Analyst
• Strong testing/collaboration capability with onsite and remote staff
• Excellent analytical skills
• Possess relevant testing qualification (ISEB/ISTQB) or IT Degree
• Hands on Manual testing experience
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and agile testing practices
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Ability to work with business users to understand processes
• Ability to communicate effectively with other IT business areas
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
