About the Role
- Full-time position based in Bathurst, NSW
- Salary: $59,000 – $77,000 + superannuation
- Incentives: Bonus program & exclusive product discounts

Key responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional Style Cuts and styling services for men and women
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients
- Be confident in all aspects of haircutting & barbering
- Empower our clients with expert advice and sell retail
- Be a contributing team player and support our culture
- Maintain operational compliance and brand systems
- Be reliable, punctual and super enthusiastic each day

What We’re Looking For
- An experienced qualified stylist
- Minimum 5 years of experience cutting hair in a fast-paced environment
- Certificate III or higher in hairdressing (or equivalent qualification)
- Professional, well-presented, and thrives in a team-focused environment
