Salary - $76,515 plus superannuation
Location - Gungahlin ACT 2912

Tasks required include:
• Provide professional advice to clients on hairstyles, hair care, and treatments tailored to their preferences and needs.
• Cut, trim, shave, and style hair using scissors, clippers, razors, and other professional tools.
• Shampoo, condition, bleach, colour, and treat hair, as well as shape, shave, and trim facial hair.
• Deliver services to meet client requests and manage appointments efficiently.
• Build and maintain a loyal clientele by offering exceptional customer service.
• Arrange client bookings, schedule appointments, and process payments.
• Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of the salon and equipment.
• Monitor and manage salon inventory, including hair products, colours, and styling tools.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends, products, and techniques in hairdressing and grooming.
• Ensure a high standard of professional personal presentation at all times.
• Mentor junior staff or apprentices (if applicable) and promote best practice within the salon.
Requirements:
• Certificate IV or Diploma or equivalent education certificate in hairdressing and
• At least seven (7) years of work experience as a hairdresser
• Up-to-date knowledge of hairdressing products, tools, and industry trends
