Location: Alexander Heights, WA
Position Type: Full-time (38 hours/week)
Wage: $38.00 – $39.00 per hour (based on experience) + Commission
Start Date: 10th October 2025

About the Role:
Top1 Unisex Hairdresser is seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Hairdresser who is passionate about hair, customer service, and staying current with the latest trends and techniques.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of full-time experience as a qualified Hairdresser
Recognised Certificate or Diploma in Hairdressing
Skilled in cutting, colouring (including blonde work and balayage), styling, and keratin treatments
Strong client consultation and customer service skills
Ability to work with both male and female clients

Pay & Commission:

Hourly Rate: $38.00 to $39.00 (based on experience)

Commission Structure:
A 20% commission is paid on every dollar earned once the employee generates twice their monthly base salary in service revenue.
