known especially for blondes, balayage and personalized colour work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a skilled Hairdresser with a passion for their craft and a commitment
to excellence. The position is full-time, 38 hours per week and the location is 762
Hawthorn Road, Brighton East, VIC 3187
Tasks and duties include but are not limited to:
- Consulting with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend suitable styles
and treatment
- Washing, cutting, colouring and styling hair
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the work areas
- Advising clients on hair care
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Certificate III/Certificate IV in Hairdressing plus two years full-time work experience in
the same occupation or closely related OR 3 years full-time work experience in the
same occupation or closely related
- Fully confident in all areas of hairdressing
- Knowledge of scalp and hair structure, disorders and treatments
- Specialized in elegant, natural-looking styles
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional personal presentation
