What you’ll contribute to An exciting opportunity for a Senior Fleet Mobility Lead to join our Lexus division in a permanent full-time position. The Lexus Division is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of sales, aftersales, marketing, and strategic initiatives—delivering exceptional luxury experiences that exceed customer expectations while driving sales volume, market share, profitability, and strengthening the Lexus brand. The Senior Mobility Lead is primarily accountable for the successful operation of the Encore Lexus on Demand program, while also playing a key role in supporting the identification, development, and execution of new Lexus mobility initiatives. This role is based in Port Melbourne, with flexible work arrangements on offer. How you’ll make an impact Implement and continuously review Lexus on Demand and broader mobility systems, processes, and procedures to support the achievement of Lexus Australia's mobility objectives. Contribute to the long-term strategic planning and business modelling of the broader Lexus Encore program. Drive the implementation of customer service initiatives, monitor performance metrics, and contribute to developing corrective actions to achieve Lexus Encore’s customer retention and satisfaction goals. Provide guidance and support to the Mobility Coordinator in the daily operations of the Encore Lexus on Demand program and other mobility initiatives as needed. Offer expert support in evaluating and selecting suppliers to ensure service delivery meets quality standards and cost efficiency. Manage ongoing supplier relationships to maintain performance and value. Maintain and update reporting systems to deliver accurate and timely information that supports business planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Coordinate and lead forums to ensure clear communication of mobility plans, progress, and issues to all relevant stakeholders. Your attributes – If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!
