The role: In this role, you’ll lead marketing strategies that drive growth and influence product adoption in an externally facing field-based role. What You Will Do Develop and execute regional marketing strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals. Lead product launch planning and implementation across APAC markets, ensuring alignment with global objectives. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions. Manage marketing budgets, monitor performance, and report on ROI for key initiatives. Collaborate with sales teams to create impactful campaigns that drive customer engagement and adoption. Build relationships with key opinion leaders and industry stakeholders to strengthen market presence. Identify process improvements and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and business outcomes. Provide strategic guidance to cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning. What You Will Need Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Minimum 10 years of professional experience in marketing, strategy, or related roles. Preferred Qualifications MBA or equivalent advanced degree. Minimum 7 years of experience in medical device or healthcare marketing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
