Your Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Document Controller to join in our Infrastructure Planning & Delivery group. The Infrastructure Planning and Delivery Group contributes to Urban Utilities’ purpose and vision and enhances the liveability of our communities through safeguarding financial and economic sustainability of the business, planning to meet the needs of our customers and management of the long-term water cycle and our environmental responsibilities. As the Senior Document Controller, you will provide subject matter expertise and services in records management and control, to support optimised portfolio, program and project outcomes across the planning and delivery of our infrastructure capital investment projects. You will build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders to ensure that the quality and timeliness of document production, distribution and storage meets Urban Utilities’ information and compliance standards and contractual requirements. Some of your accountabilities will include: Ensure the management of several document streams by working in alignment with the Urban Utilities document management systems (including TRIM, eDRMS, InEight Document, and RedEye). Develop, test, and maintain policies, procedures and standards to support the organisation in the implementation of, and compliance with, internal policies and/or external regulations. Build and maintain strong working relationships within Urban Utilities and provide direction and support to others with regards to document and records management processes. Manage basic aspects of the data management system with guidance from senior colleagues. This includes being responsible for developing or operating basic elements of the data management systems to deliver prescribed outcomes. About You We are seeking candidates who are passionate about shaping our future, and ideally have the following qualifications, skills, and experiences: You have a growth mindset and are highly collaborative. You can build strategic and purposeful relationships with internal and external stakeholders, as well as priority customer groups. Extensive experience in developing and delivering project document control systems, procedures, processes and services within a large and diverse portfolio of complex infrastructure / construction / engineering projects. Extensive experience working in a document control role as an expert user of electronic Document and Records Management Systems. Previous experience with InEight is ideally preferred although not essential. At UU, we celebrate diversity.
