This role focuses on enabling machine learning and generative AI solutions at scale by delivering robust, secure, and high-performing data environments. You will work closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and the Gen AI team, as well as collaborate with integration and governance teams, to design and implement production-ready pipelines, feature stores, and model deployment frameworks. Your work will directly support AI-driven use cases, from predictive analytics to generative AI applications. What’s Involved: Platform Engineering & AI Enablement - Create and manage distributed computing clusters (AKS) for data-intensive and ML workloads. Build and maintain data/model pipelines leveraging Airflow, dbt, and Snowflake. Implement feature stores and model registries to support ML lifecycle and generative AI use cases. Collaboration & Integration - Work with data scientists and ML engineers to translate model requirements into production-ready solutions. Partner with integration teams to ensure seamless connectivity across APIs, event mesh, and MCP services. Automation & Observability - Develop CI/CD pipelines for ML and data workflows using Github. Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for data and AI workloads (Prometheus, Grafana). Who We’re Looking For: You have a deep understanding of technical platforms for analytics and AI, experience with cloud platforms, and a genuine passion for data and AI innovation. You are an analytical thinker, a problem solver, and a team player who leads by example and shares knowledge with peers. You’ll Need: Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms and container-based development and deployment experience. Ability to design and implement scalable data storage and processing systems. Proficiency in Python and advanced SQL. Understanding of ML lifecycle deployment, including model stores and feature stores. Experience with data warehousing (Snowflake) and data transformation frameworks (dbt). Collaborative mindset to work effectively with engineering, architecture, and data science teams.
