The Senior Data Analyst will build semantics from multiple structured and unstructured data sources in the Mondelēz Data Hub. They will translate complex data into clear and actionable insights through powerful visualisations and present their findings to the wider organisation through dashboards, reports, data and analytics (D&A) products, and presentations. Together with various commercial teams and leaders, this role will support our business with Data & Analytics capabilities at scale to help the company make faster and smarter business decisions. Note – this position is a 6-month Fixed Term Contract. How you will contribute Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into sophisticated data visualisations and reporting solutions. Apply data critical thinking end-to-end in the analysis of data, including data gathering, EDA, modelling, dashboard/report design and deployment. Combine and analyse multiple data sets, distilling the key findings into actionable insights via visualisations. Present data in a logical, concise and clear format, aligning with stakeholders’ business requirements. Developing scalable reporting solutions using Big Query, SQL, Power Bi, Tableau, and React. Act as a thought leader in the development of reporting solutions and ensure the wider organisation follow best practices in the development of their own reports. What you will bring Data/semantic modelling for reusable assets; diagnostic & descriptive analytics; business data (POS, Media GRP, Shipments, Geo-Location, Trade Spend); UX/design for user-friendly products. Data management (ETL, metadata); SQL (required), Python (desirable); Power BI (required), Tableau/React (desirable) for analytics/BI. Data architecture (data warehouse, data lake, data hub); data governance (MDM, data quality, stewardship). Comfortable with ambiguity, frames new concepts, and brainstorms future products/services. Creating a consistent, clear storyline for better understanding and/or to assert ideas and persuading others to gain support across the organisation.
