Senior Credit and Asset Manager - Livestock We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Credit and Asset Manager (Livestock) to join Heartland Bank Australia Limited based in either Brisbane or Melbourne, Australia. Is this your next role? You will lead the charge in managing and overseeing credit and asset risk across our livestock portfolio. You will be responsible for line 2 credit management, including high-risk and non-performing accounts, and provide strategic insights through credit reviews and portfolio reporting. You will guide recovery actions, shape credit policy, and ensure compliance while mentoring a team of credit professionals. Does this sound like you? You are skilled in delivering clear messages and making timely informed decisions. and are a trusted advisor to both clients and colleagues. You’re a pro with: Experience in credit and asset management in the banking and finance sectors Leading high-performing teams and fostering engagement Knowledge of the Agricultural sector with strong client relationship management Financial analysis and commercial decision-making Ability to use Microsoft Office tools and reporting systems Qualifications/Certification: A relevant degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. Significant experience in credit and asset management. Proven leadership experience in team management. Deep experience in agricultural finance and rural banking.
