Your opportunity: The Risk and Resilience Group contributes to Urban Utilities’ purpose to Enrich Quality of Life by driving strategic direction and leadership on all matters relating to contemporary and effective risk management and resilience strategies. We partner with all business areas in developing, implementing and managing, programs and systems across the enterprise Risk and Resilience portfolio to drive health and safety for our people, to protect public health and the environment, and to enable sustainability for our organisation. We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Claims Officer to join the Risk and Resilience Group. In this role you will be required to manage liability, plumbing and property damage claims, recoveries, data collection and general workload reporting processes. You will also assist with the annual insurance program, claims reporting and data management. About you: At UU, we celebrate diversity. Do you have a keen eye for detail and an analytical mindset? We are currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Claims Officer to join our Risk and Resilience team. In this role you will play a key part in helping us manage our claims processes, annual insurance program, and provide expert advice to our customers. Solid understanding of insurance procedures and systems Provide exceptional customer service and can explain claims management concepts clearly Tackled complex insurance claims and recoveries in the past Hold a keen eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving Thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working as part of a team Is a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous learning Why Urban Utilities?
