You'll act as a strategic liaison between the business and the Data, AI & Loyalty team, translating business priorities into actionable plans. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a team and manage the entire lifecycle of data initiatives, from concept and elaboration to prioritisation and rapid prototyping. What's involved: Act as a senior advisor to business leaders, translating strategic objectives into data and AI opportunities Deliver data-driven insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement Lead, mentor, and develop a team to deliver high-quality, actionable insights Oversee the ideation and elaboration of data concepts, ensuring feasibility and alignment with business needs Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders, ensuring the successful delivery of data and AI projects that meet business needs. Communicate complex data concepts in a clear, compelling manner to non-technical audiences About You: Our ideal candidate is someone who can think strategically and is comfortable working in a complex environment. You have a passion for data-driven decision-making and thrive in fostering collaborative ways of working and building strong relationships with stakeholders. You'll need: Tertiary qualification, preferably in disciplines such as Commerce or Business Excellent stakeholder management, relationship building, and influencing skills at all organizational levels Demonstrated leadership experience working closely with data and analytics teams Strong understanding of ways of working and agile practices Strategic planning and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with competing priorities You’ll be part of a workplace where you’ll feel like you belong.
