• Job Title: Senior Business Analyst Job Description We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst with the insight, initiative, and influence to help shape tomorrow’s digital landscape. What you’ll do Lead discovery and definition engagements across a diverse set of clients and industries Turn ambiguity into clarity through structured problem solving, process mapping, and customer insight generation Partner with Technology and AI specialists to make complex technologies digestible and business-relevant Collaborate with designers, technologists, and strategy consultants to deliver integrated customer and product strategies Define business requirements, user stories, and product roadmaps across large-scale transformation programs Communicate findings and recommendations with clarity to stakeholders from frontline to C-suite Play a key role in proposal development, pre-sales, and client engagement strategies What we’re looking for Deep experience in consulting, strategy, digital transformation or product delivery Proven success in breaking down complex, messy problems into compelling strategic opportunities Expertise in creating process flows, service blueprints, and operating models Strong grasp of AI, data engineering, and digital technology trends with the ability to translate and de-mystify these to business stakeholders Natural communicator and facilitator, with experience influencing senior stakeholders Agile mindset and experience, whether through formal certification or practical delivery What you’ll bring 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Strategy Consultant, Product Manager, or similar role in a technology-driven environment Demonstrated experience working in complex transformation programs, preferably in or alongside consulting, digital agencies, or product-led organisations Strong capability in process mapping, operating model development, and business case creation Deep familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, etc.) and the ability to lead or support Agile ceremonies Exposure to data-driven decision-making, AI/ML concepts, and digital platform architecture Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Design, Economics, or related field (Postgraduate qualifications desirable) Strong stakeholder engagement experience, including influencing C-level and non-technical audiences Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile BA, or Product Owner are a bonus but not essential Who We Are Concentrix Catalyst is the experience design and engineering team of Concentrix, a leading global solutions company that reimagines everything CX through strategy, talent and technology.
