Senior Analyst (AO6)

• Financial Modelling: Prepare core components of infrastructure financial models and validate critical inputs.
• Technical Analysis: Undertake complex infrastructure charge calculations and resolve moderately complex policy matters.
• Data Integrity: Coordinate the auditing and cleansing of data used for infrastructure project financials.
• Collaborate: Work closely with planning and engineering teams to strengthen financial governance.

What You’ll Bring

• Excel Mastery: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel is essential, including managing complex formulas and validating outputs.
• Relevant Experience: Demonstrated experience in interpreting infrastructure charging policies (e.g., Planning Act 2016 or Economic Development Act 2012).
• Financial Acumen: Experience with cost-recovery financial models and infrastructure offset administration.
• Qualifications: tertiary degrees in Property Economics, Urban Planning, or Infrastructure Planning are highly regarded.
