Role Description
This role involves managing accounts for DS Smith's Retail Marketing division, which is the UK's leading 3D POS business.
- Work with top FMCG brands to lead, develop, and execute campaigns from brief to production.
- Collaborate closely with clients and DS Smith production teams to drive projects through the design process.
- Support client growth by implementing the account management strategy.
- Champion the client's values to ensure outstanding service delivery.
- Manage special innovation projects to enhance client potential and drive retention.
- Build strong professional and personal relationships with clients through regular interaction.
- Collaborate with internal departments to improve service levels continuously.
- Manage all key project documentation to ensure seamless communication and execution.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in Point-of-Sale account management
- Strong commercial awareness and comfort with financial aspects of the role
- A sales-driven mindset with the ability to uncover new opportunities
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for POS retail marketing
- Excellent organisational, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail, self-motivated, and able to work at pace
Requirements
- This is a full-time, home-based role with travel to customers and the Operations site (Ely) as required.
