VTS was awarded the SEE (Skills for Education and Employment) contract and are continuing to deliver our Foundation Skills program, so we're growing fast. To help service this growth we are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Trainer to join our dedicated team in the Kimberley Region.

SEE Trainers deliver language, literacy, digital literacy and numeracy skills through engaging students in a range of accredited and non-accredited training programs.

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Trainer and Assessor who possesses exceptional engagement skills and embodies the passion for helping others. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for training and assessing students in various areas throughout the Kimberley Region, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their lives and future employment opportunities. This role requires someone who is passionate about helping others succeed and possesses strong persuasive and leadership qualities.

The purpose of this role is to help our business run at a maximum efficiency and manage growth opportunities, while continuing to deliver the exceptional standards we are well known for.
