We are seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to lead a small, high-performing security team at a major data centre located in the region of Marsden Park. This is a hands-on leadership role in a high-stakes environment requiring professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to operational security. What You’ll Do: Oversee daily security operations across the site, ensuring compliance with procedures and protocols Supervise, support, and schedule a small team (2–5 staff) Conduct site inspections, audits, and incident reports Liaise with stakeholders and maintain strong communication with site management Monitor and manage access control systems, alarms, and CCTV Enforce security and safety policies across the facility Respond to emergencies and incidents efficiently and professionally What We’re Looking For: NV1 Security Clearance – Mandatory Security License, First-aid and CPR certificate Prior experience in a supervisory or team leadership role, ideally in a secure facility or similar environment Strong understanding of physical security practices and site access control Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work autonomously and lead by example Strong organisational and incident management skills Why Join Us?
