• The role
• We’re seeking a hands-on leader to own security operations, product security, and architecture while empowering our three expert ICs. You’ll ensure our SecOps engineers, IT teams and external vendors are coordinated, incident-ready, and continuously maturing. This role is about building scalable processes, mentoring talent, and architecting defences - not doing every task yourself.
• What you'll be doing
• Mentor and grow the capability of the security team; set clear goals and foster a culture of learning
• Drive incident response and vulnerability management across endpoints, networks, and cloud
• Exposure to product security: threat modeling, secure design, and pentest remediation
• Embed security into CI/CD and engineering workflows
• Define and evolve layered security architecture for on-prem and cloud environments
• Evaluate and integrate tools to strengthen security posture
• Scale processes for resilience and collaborative problem-solving
• What you'll need to succeed
• Experience with leading security operations and architecture
• Expert in incident response, vulnerability remediation, and SOC tooling
• Built and scaled security teams
• Strong in threat modeling, pentesting, and secure SDLC
• Cloud-native security in Azure (Exposure to AWS/GCP will be a plus)
• Influential communicator; decisive under pressure
