  • In this role, you will partner with internal teams and clients to design and implement risk frameworks, compliance processes, and secure solutions. You’ll ensure AKQA consistently meets industry and regulatory standards, while supporting responses to tenders, audits, and vendor assessments.

  • ROLE REQUIREMENTS
  • Design and embed security, compliance, and risk management processes.
  • Lead implementation of security strategies and compliance practices across client and internal systems.
  • Champion DevSecOps principles within delivery teams.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, workflows, and policy procedures.
  • Identify and mitigate IT risks aligned with standards such as PCI DSS, NIST, GDPR, ITIL.
  • Represent AKQA in client security reviews, cadence meetings, and audit sessions.
  • Support RFXs and vendor security assessments with clear and authoritative input.
  • Present security, risk, and compliance strategies to executives and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the industry through thought leadership and professional forums.
  • Desirable certifications: CGEIT – Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT
  • CISM – Certified Information Security Manager
  • Lead Auditor ISMS ISO/IEC 27001:2022 & ISO 19011:2018
