We have up to 50 positions available for Seafood processing workers on Seafood farms in Port Lincoln South Australia.
Work is due to start Early March 2026 and is expected to go for 9 months. With various Intakes through to March 2027.
You will be paid as a Level 1, Casual Seafood Processing Award [MA000068]
Hourly or Piece Rates may apply.
There may be an opportunity to undertake training and upskilling in this role, which can allow your remuneration to increase as per the levels in the Seafood processing award
The position is for a Seafood processing worker on Seafood farms and will include but not limited to tasks such as
• Tuna processing and loining or similar processing role
• Prawn processing and peeling
• Sardine processing
• Unload and load of seafood products
• Monitoring of product quality and traceability
• Labelling cartons, eskies, use by/best before dates
• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the process rooms and freezer rooms
This position requires the availability for shift work over a 7-day roster.
Minimum of 30 hours a week, 6.30am-3.30pm though at times this may change due to the seasonal needs of the business.
Please note that random drug & alcohol testing may be conducted.

• Ability to follow detailed instructions
• Ability to work continuously at a high level of concentration
• Must be physically fit, agile & able to stand for long periods
