If you’ve finished school and want to get ahead — our School Leaver Intake Program (SLIP) is your chance to step straight into a real working environment and get paid to learn.

Only 4 candidates will be selected to take part in this 180-day paid training program at our Yatala site. All candidates will be trained, supported and coached — but only one standout trainee will earn a full-time, permanent position at the end. Will this be you?

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll join our Production Crew, learning from the ground up in a timber wholesale and distribution environment. You’ll be trained in:

• Working safely on our site
• Preparing customer orders
• Handling and moving timber products
• Learning how to operate production and treatment equipment and machinery
• Using iPads and technology to complete daily tasks
• Working as part of a fast-paced, high-performing production and warehousing team

No experience needed — we’ll train you. What matters most is your attitude, effort and reliability.
