We are seeking an accomplished and visionary SAP Sales Head – Global to lead and drive our global SAP sales strategy. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in SAP sales leadership, with demonstrated success in managing high-performance sales teams and expanding business across multiple geographies, including the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and other global markets.
This role requires strategic thinking, excellent customer engagement capabilities, and the ability to lead a diverse and geographically dispersed team to achieve sales growth and revenue targets.
- Lead and drive global SAP sales operations, overseeing regional sales teams across multiple geographies.
- Develop and execute a robust sales strategy aligned with Altivate’s global growth objectives.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline for SAP offerings across S/4HANA, Cloud, Analytics, EWM, Ariba, SuccessFactors, and other modules.
- Identify and expand business opportunities in new and existing markets, with a strong focus on the Middle East and KSA.
- Drive customer engagement at the CXO level through compelling SAP value propositions.
- Collaborate with presales, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure seamless client experience.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles including RFP/RFI responses, contract negotiation, and closure.
- Monitor sales metrics, KPIs, and market trends to make data-driven decisions.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead high-performing global SAP sales teams.
- Represent Altivate at global SAP events, conferences, and client forums.
- Minimum 9+ years of experience in SAP sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of closing large SAP transformation deals and managing complex sales cycles.
- Strong understanding of the SAP product portfolio and emerging trends in the SAP ecosystem.
- Experience managing international sales teams, especially in the Middle East (KSA preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on capability to drive deal closures and revenue growth.
- Bachelor's/master’s degree in business, Technology, or a related field.
- Experience working in or with KSA and Middle East clients.
- Background in SAP partner ecosystem and alliance management.
- Exposure to cloud transformation and digital innovation within SAP.
