About the Role
Are you a seasoned SAP Integration expert ready to lead complex, enterprise-scale integration projects? We’re looking for an SAP Integration Lead to join our team in Melbourne. This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for designing, delivering, and supporting integration solutions across SAP SuccessFactors, ECC/S4HANA, and Workforce Software in a dynamic, multi-vendor environment.
This hybrid role offers flexibility with occasional on-site collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead technical delivery using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and ABAP-based solutions
• Design and implement integrations across SuccessFactors, ECC/S4HANA, and Workforce Software
• Configure and manage SAP Identity Authentication Services and SSO
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to align integration designs and resolve issues
• Facilitate technical workshops with business and IT stakeholders
• Produce detailed technical documentation and design artefacts
• Support testing, cutover, hypercare, and knowledge transfer activities

Skills and Experience
• 15+ years of SAP experience with a strong focus on ABAP and integration technologies
• Deep hands-on expertise in SAP CPI, including custom and packaged integrations
• SAP Certified in Cloud Platform Integration, ABAP for HANA, and SuccessFactors EC Core
• Certified in Workforce Software Interfaces with proven SAP-WFS integration experience
• Demonstrated success leading integration workstreams in large-scale transformation programs
• Experience with integrations involving SAP LMS, Preceda Payroll, Fit2Work, AHPRA, Azure AD, Okta, and custom rosters
• Strong knowledge of web services, APIs, file-based transfers, and authentication protocols
• Experience working in regulated industries such as banking, government, healthcare, and telecom

Desirable
• Expertise across both SAP on-premise and cloud environments
• Multi-industry integration delivery experience: finance, public sector, utilities, healthcare, mining
• Unique capability to deliver multi-system integrations involving SuccessFactors, S4HANA, and third-party platforms
• Brings reusable IP in CPI components and custom ABAP modules for high-scale environments
