We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Salon Manager to join our team at our WELLARD WA 6170location. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to take the next step in their beauty career and lead a talented team in a vibrant, fast-paced salon environment.

About the Role

As the Salon Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the salon, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, team performance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily salon operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management
Lead, motivate, and train a team of beauty professionals to deliver outstanding customer service
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety and hygiene standards
Monitor and achieve sales, service, and performance targets
Manage client bookings, feedback, and loyalty programs
Oversee salon marketing and promotional activities in coordination with management
Handle financial administration including budgeting, cash handling, and reporting
Maintain a positive, professional, and welcoming salon environment
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a salon management or supervisory role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent knowledge of beauty industry practices, customer service, and retail operations
Proven ability to manage teams and drive performance
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
A professional appearance and a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences
Qualifications:

Certificate IV (or higher) in Beauty Therapy, Salon Management, or a related field (preferred)
